Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel which had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and advertised accurately, but unfortunately, they were quite gloomy with a couple of burned-out lights and even a hole in the ceiling which made it seem very dirty. However, the service was surprisingly good, especially thanks to Mr Faruk who helped resolve a reservation issue on my first day. The location was top-notch, being very central and close to major attractions in Istanbul. The dining experience was nice with a variety of fresh foods, but slightly limited. Overall, a somewhat decent stay with its ups and downs.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and although the view wasn't spectacular, it didn't affect my experience much as I didn't select it during booking. The service was fantastic and very helpful, but there was an incident where the phone was hung up on me when I arrived in the country. The location was strategic and close to major historical sites, making it a convenient choice. The dining experience had a good variety of English and Turkish foods but could have offered more choices. Overall, a good value for money option with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, but there was a hole in the ceiling which didn't leave a good impression. The staff, especially Mr Farooq and the breakfast room lady, were smiley and helpful. The location was amazing, close to the important mosques, but also under construction. The dining experience was nice and offered a good variety of food with a fantastic view of the Blue Mosque, but there were some cleanliness issues. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is top-notch with clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and a fantastic location that's close to everything. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise, offering tasty options. While the facilities are great, a little extra could have made it perfect.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, but the smell of cigarettes and mold can be off-putting. The location is superb, with easy access to historical sites, but some areas of the rooms show signs of wear and tear.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and modern, offering a partial view of Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Agia Sofia from the nice terrace. However, there was a damp and slightly smelly issue due to water coming in through the window and wetting the carpet during rain. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially from Faruk and Ibrahim. The dining options were adequate but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
